10 Weeks

Delainey turned 10 weeks today. I can't believe how quickly time has flown by. I can hardly remember what life was like with out her. Today we ran some errands and went to the mall with my mom. I bought a bumbo at a consignment shop because it is just ridiculous to spend $45 on a piece of rubber they hardly use. She is definitely trying to sit up. When she is laying on her back she is constantly trying to pull forward to sit up. So I thought the bumbo would be useful for a few weeks. Then we did our usual Thursday night mexican dinner with the family.
I'd like to give a shout out to the Turbedsky's for this precious outfit! Thanks so much for the clothes guys!

How cool is it that we have a street sign hanging in our garage with our last name. Haha. The hubby found it back in the college days.

On another note, I started taking tennis lessons about 3 weeks ago at our community amenity center. I figured since I'd be staying home, I would need a little adult interaction and what better way to get some exercise. I am really enjoying the sport. Last night after dinner, the whole family decided to play a little tennis up at the local park. David and I were of course the worse (we have never played & everyone else has), but it was a lot of fun. I think this is going to be a sport that the whole family can enjoy doing together (We just have to get Kelli & Jeff on board).

Did I mention I have a fantastic husband. Here is the result of reading a book and rocking D to bed. They both fell asleep. I guess all the tennis wore them out! :)

We are going to the MOSH today with a dear friend and her daughter so I will be back later with pictures from the museum. Have a  good Friday!

  1. You will have to teach me. I've only played once in high school but we will try.
